The Galvaniho Business Centrum III building has a T-shaped floor plan with two inner green atriums. It is divided into three blocks with separate entrances with a reception (A,B,C) with a total leasable area of 20,610.95 m2. The building ensures maximum variability and flexibility of leased space. The building’s range and design offers optional changing its size and layout of the leased premises without changing the address.

For tenants there are 200 outdoor parking spaces and 305 parking spaces in the underground garage. In the underground garage there is also a lockable space with bicycle stands.

Administrative building on Konventná Street in the Old Town of Bratislava. It is a completely new building with the expected approval in mid-2020. The building elegantly combines modern elements of architecture with a historic touch and lines in accordance with the surrounding historic buildings. It will offer more than 1,300 m2 of administrative space on its 4 above-ground floors. Some also have terraces with direct access. Underground garages are located on 4 underground floors and have a capacity of 73 parking spaces. 

Office spaces are made at a high level, including elements such as openable windows, air conditioning, elevator, as well as structured cabling and flexible layout options for open spaces. The whole building is guarded by a security service.

Konventná 6

The complex of 2 administrative buildings EINSTEINOVA BUSINESS CENTER is located by the main traffic route, Einsteinova street of the same name, at the beginning of the Bratislava - Petržalka district.
