New premises for Bratislava III and IV municipal courts: the BBC 1 Plus will become a court building

As part of the reform of the court map, the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic has decided to provide modern and efficient premises for the Bratislava III and IV municipal courts. The Ministry has selected the BBC 1 Plus building in the Mlynské Nivy zone in Bratislava from among three offers. This 12-storey office building, known as the first LEED Gold certified project on the Slovak market, was chosen based on the court's needs, the modern standard and the economic efficiency it brings.

Developer Penta Real Estate has announced the winner of a prestigious project in Bratislava's downtown area, set to transform the space between Mlynské nivy, Košická, and Chalupková into a new city center. The competition attracted interest from renowned architectural firms worldwide, with the winning concept coming from the Stefano Boeri Architetti studio. Praised for its innovative approach and green inner courtyard, which will be part of the project.

Revival of Delayed Projects: Prešovská Complex Receives Green Light from City Hall

Returning to the forefront is the project in the Prešovská Street area, which has been long suspended due to disagreements with the public. The new investor of the project is the company Fundus s.r.o., closely associated with the construction firm Hornex with architectural documentation handled by Peter Kucharovič. The complex will include an administrative building and a residential building, both standing on a common underground base with a double-level underground parking. The administrative building is planned to have eight floors, while the residential building will have thirteen floors.
