FISHING GUEST ŽIŽKOVA

The historic building in the Viennese bourgeois style is located on Žižkova 1 in Bratislava's Old Town, just a short walk from the new ZUCKERMANDEL district. The building dates from 1,760 and originally served as the home of the fishing guild and boatmen. Since then, it has been regularly renovated over the years. On its 3 above-ground floors with an attic, it offers spaces with a total area of 495 m², ie approximately 150 m² per floor. On the basement there is an archive and storage space. It is possible to park freely near the building or it is possible to rent a place to the right of the building in a reserved outdoor parking lot.

The building is located in close proximity to the center of the Old Town, just a short walk from the SNP Bridge, directly below Bratislava Castle and the building of the Slovak Parliament. Good civic amenities are provided by the nearby new district of ZUCKERMANDEL, as well as the very center of the Old Town, both within walking distance. At the same time, the Danube embankment, a few meters away, provides a pleasant walk after a busy day. Near the building there are stops for public transport trams, as well as the already mentioned Most SNP, which is the center of several major public transport networks. A very good accessibility will be ensured by a direct connection to the main traffic artery Dvořákovo nábrežie, thanks to which the city center is literally a few minutes away, as well as other parts of the city. Thanks to this, the building also has a very good connection to the D1 motorway bypass.

Thanks to the reconstruction respecting the historical character of the building, the office space is at a high level, thus ensuring a high standard for its tenants. There are elements such as structured cabling, openable windows, air conditioning, and security and fire protection system. Flexibility of the space is also added by the possibility of adjusting the layout with glass partitions.
