The administrative building on Odborárská Street is located in the Bratislava district of Nové mesto, only a few minutes away from the main street Vajnorská. The building consists of 4 floors with a total area of more than 5,000 m2. The average area of one floor is at the level of 800 m². The building was renovated in 2009. In its premises, it also offers the possibility of parking in an outdoor fenced parking lot next to the building.

There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area, providing a daily menu during the working day. Other civic amenities are fully complemented by the POLUS shopping center (VIVO), which is only 5 minutes away by car, and which includes services such as banks, clothing, post office, cinema and various others. The building has a very good connection from Odborárská Street to Vajnorská Street, which is one of the main arteries within Bratislava, either out of the city on the D1 motorway or to the center. It is also the main link with other parts of the city.
