The Sky Park office building by Vietzke & Borstelmann Architekten, Jurkovič's heating plant and public spaces designed in collaboration with Marko and Placemakers were designed to connect people with each other and people with Bratislava. The eighteen-storey office building will include 31,000 m2 of office and retail space for rent, 600 parking spaces, while the building will meet the sustainability conditions guaranteed by LEED certification.
