The SOLAR multifunctional building is located on Budatínská Street in the southern part of Bratislavská Petržalka, close to the main traffic route of Panónská Street. This provides very good connections to other parts of the city as well as to the city center and the D1 motorway. It is a new building, which was completed in 2014. The building consists of 11 floors, while on the 2nd floor there are offices with a total area of 1,650 m2. On the ground floor there are spaces suitable for commercial operations along with groceries. The remaining upper floors are reserved for residential purposes. The underground floors serve as a parking garage for about 80 cars. It is also possible to park in the area of the building in one of the 49 parking spaces. Civic amenities are provided by food directly on the ground floor of the building, TESCO 2 minutes away by car, or OC Aupark (12 minutes by car). The nearest post office is a 3-minute drive away. A number of stops directly in the vicinity of the building will take care of good public transport accessibility, thanks to which there is also a good connection by public transport to the city center.
