The OPTIMUM complex is located in the cadastral area of Bratislava – Nové Mesto, on Sliačska Street.

OPTIMUM SLIAČSKA BUILDING A is the name of an office and storage building established on the premises of the former Welding Research Institute. In the original industrial hall, which had long stood unused and deteriorating, there are now new, modern spaces for offices, warehouses, and shops with a distinctive industrial appearance.

OPTIMUM SLIAČSKA BUILDING B represents newly renovated office buildings with modern Class A office spaces, which are part of the complex and located in close proximity to Building A. Through reconstruction, the original neglected production areas of the industrial park were transformed into contemporary administrative spaces, with part of them now offering stylish co-working areas created in cooperation between our company as the developer and the new tenant.
