Pradiareň 1900

Pradiareň 1900 brings office space to Bratislava in the historic building of a former thread factory. It is one of the few national cultural monuments in Bratislava that is coming back to life.

The building, which opened on December 1, 2020, after four years of reconstruction, was crowned with a series of awards in record time: the VISIO 2020 award that was voted on by the public, a CIJ Award in the Best Office Development 2021 category, and it also received an award from the Monuments and Museums magazine for having the most significant activities in the field of Slovak cultural events. On February 1, 2023, the building was awarded BREEAM Outstanding certificate, which is the highest rating for the quality and performance of buildings in terms of  energy-efficiency, environmentally friendlliness, and socially responsibility.
