VšZP Consolidates Operations into Efficient Westend Gate Headquarters
Všeobecná zdravotná poisťovňa (VšZP) is optimizing its operations by consolidating administrative spaces from three buildings into one energy-efficient facility at Westend Gate in Bratislava's Patrónka area . This strategic move will significantly cut energy and maintenance costs, streamline internal processes, and better utilize public funds in line with the Value for Money Unit's principles.
Lease Details
VšZP has leased over 9,400 sq m of office and storage space, including 82 parking spots, for 15 years at an estimated 42.3 million euros excluding VAT. The relocation will occur gradually in June and July 2026, with full occupancy by July 1, 2026.

The new building's sustainability certification will minimize energy use compared to previous sites and eliminate maintenance costs for three separate properties . Consolidation enhances communication, adapts spaces to modern efficiency standards, and redirects savings to healthcare for nearly 3 million insured individuals.
