Modern Office Building in Orava: Exceptional Standards in Krivá

In the small village of Krivá in the Orava region, a new office and production building, MTS H4, has been completed, standing out for its architectural design, quality, and focus on sustainability. Designed by FORM A21 studio, the project combines modern technologies with traditional Orava architectural elements. The building features striking wooden V-beams on the façade and spacious skylights that ensure ample natural light throughout the facility.

The structure is divided into office and production sections, both connected by a green atrium and terraces that serve as relaxation zones and provide natural shading. The office area has two above-ground floors with a dynamic façade, while the production hall is spacious and efficiently lit. The basement serves as parking and is built from reinforced concrete, increasing the overall functionality of the site.

The project emphasizes ecology, a high-quality working environment, and sensitive landscape integration. It uses local materials and supports rural development, setting an example of modern and responsible architectural practice. In 2025, the MTS H4 building is nominated for the prestigious CE ZA AR architecture award.
